Kelli Findlay Life Coaching
1:1 coaching for women ready to find their inner strength.
1:1 coaching for women ready to find their inner strength.
I work with women navigating major life changes - career shifts, divorce, retirement - helping them turn the uncertainty into forward motion.
My coaching is rooted in questions, not answers. I believe the most meaningful insights come from within — my role is to guide you there, not hand you a script.
I hold a master's in social and emotional learning from the University of Washington and spent more than 20 years in education. I'm a certified life coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.

Helping people discover strengths they didn't realize they had has been at the heart of my work for more than 20 years.
I began my career as a high school English teacher, where I discovered my passion for helping others build confidence, navigate challenges, and believe in themselves. That passion led me to earn a master's degree in social and emotional learning and eventually become a certified life coach.
Today, I partner with women as they navigate life's transitions. My purpose has remained the same: helping people move through change and step into who they're becoming. One of the greatest joys of my work is seeing what someone is capable of, even before they can see it in themselves.
My coaching is grounded in honesty, gratitude, and genuine care, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me doing something active - running, lifting weights, taking a fitness class, or enjoying the outdoors. I also love getting lost in a good book, but my greatest joy is spending time with my husband and our two grown sons. They keep me grounded, laughing, and grateful for every season of life.

Life has a way of bringing unexpected changes. Some are exciting. Others leave us wondering, "Now what?"
I believe every woman already carries the wisdom and strength she needs — sometimes it just takes the right questions and someone walking alongside to help her see it again. As your coach, I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and create space for you to reflect, gain perspective, and reconnect with what you already know.
Together, we'll get clear on what matters most to you, name what's been keeping you stuck, and build practical, intentional steps toward the life you want. My hope is that you leave each session with more clarity, more confidence, and a deeper trust in yourself.
This is a space to show up exactly as you are — no judgment, no pressure, no pretending to have it all figured out. If you're ready to take the first step, or just curious what's possible, I'd be honored to walk with you.

“I had the opportunity to work with Kelli through some of the most challenging days of my life. She is attentive, reassuring, confident, helpful, and is good at helping put things in perspective. Her ability to empathize and understand the things that were going on allowed her to give me insight and calmness during some very dark days. Had it not been for her, I don't know how I would have gotten through such a difficult time.”

Coaching is a partnership focused on moving forward — gaining clarity, building confidence, and taking intentional steps toward the life you want. It's built on the belief that you already have what you need; I'm here to help you access it.
Coaching is focused on the future — clarity, action, and moving forward. Therapy focuses on healing, often guided by a licensed clinician trained to treat specific mental health conditions. Coaching can be a great fit if you're not in crisis but want support navigating change.
For anyone navigating a major life transition, coaching offers a space to process what's changing, reconnect with your own strength, and move forward with a clear, intentional plan — rather than figuring it all out alone.
Sessions typically run 30 minutes, though we can schedule up to an hour if that's a better fit for you.
The free consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — usually about 20–30 minutes. We'll talk about what's going on for you, what you're hoping for, and I'll share a bit about how I work. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether coaching feels like the right fit, and it's completely up to you if you'd like to continue.
Sessions are available individually or as part of a package, depending on what works best for you. Pricing and details are covered during your free consultation.
What you share in our sessions is treated with care and respect, and I don't discuss your personal information with anyone. The only exception is if I have reason to believe someone's safety is at risk — in that case, I may need to involve appropriate support, such as emergency services.
That's completely normal — and exactly what the free consultation is for. It's a low-pressure way to ask questions, see if we're a good fit, and get a feel for how coaching works, with zero obligation to continue.
